Description of problem:
upgrading openoffice.org has become a pain. I like to have the german
localization for it, but need to install the full i18n-packages which
occoupies as much as 650 MB on my disk. I don't know if it's possible,
but it would be so nice to have individual packages in a similar way
to kde (kde-i18n-German).

This is done for OOo 2.0, which will hopefully be in FC4 and is about
to go into rawhide.
