Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on panel printer icon
2. In the "Document print status" window, select Help->Contents from
the menu

    

Actual Results:  Nothing seems to happen

Expected Results:  Some kind of help should appear

(I've checked with other apps, and Yelp successfully launches for them)
