Description of problem:
The spec file does not include the documentation for the libEXSLT
library (exslt.org) which is included with later releases of libxslt.

add the following to the %doc line in the spec file

doc/EXSLT

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libxslt-1.1.11-1

Okay, I fixed this in the upstream CVS so this will be incorporated
when a new release is fixed,
