Description samoht0 2016-08-01 08:58:55 UTC
Panels and appstarter are drawn solid, not transparent, after login. Trying logout and login several times *may* result in correct behavior.

Package:
plasma-desktop-5.7.2-1.fc24

It's tracked and confirmed upstream with a workaround patch:

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362531#c7

Restarting plasmashell works for me as a workaround:

kquitapp plasmashell; sleep 3; kstart plasmashell

That patch is not really usable as-is, we can continue to track this upstream.
