package: rubygem-apipie-bindings-0.0.10-2.el7.noarch
unresolved deps: 
     rubygem(oauth)
     rubygem(awesome_print)

These dependencies are not available on epel7 so package is not usable. I suggest removing package.

rubygem-apipie-bindings is no longer in epel7.
