Description of problem:
In section 8.8 of https://access.qa.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-ceph-storage/2/single/object-gateway-guide-for-red-hat-enterprise-linux#migrating_a_single_site_system_to_multi_site, need to add a note that the customers should refer to section 8.6 to configure secondary zone at the end of section 8.8 to be clear.

Also, add a step to restart gateway on master zone at the end of 8.8.
