Section Number and Name: 3.6 Creating an Activation Key

Describe the issue: References in this section to Red Hat Satellite Tools point to version 6.1. They should point to version 6.2.

Suggestions for improvement: Change "Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.1" to "Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.2" in the 6.2 Provisioning Guide.

Changed all instances of 6.1 to 6.2 (there were a couple of others).
