Update the article for HCI refresh on RHV 4.0

Suggestions for improvement:

The worflow earlier was:
1. Run 'hosted-engine --deploy --config-append=he-common.conf --config-append=he-answers.conf' with the answer file on HOST1
2. Then when HE VMs is up and configured, run 'hosted-engine --deploy --config-append=he-secondhost.conf' on HOST2
3. Then to run 'hosted-engine --deploy --config-append=he-thirdhost.conf' on NODE3

Now the workflow with RHV 4.0 should be,
1. Run 'hosted-engine --deploy --config-append=he-common.conf --config-append=he-answers.conf' on HOST1
2. Add the additional hosts from UI, by clicking 'Hosts' tab, provide 'Name', 'Address', 'Password', click on 'Hosted Engine' and select 'Deploy'
