Ran deployments of RHV, RHV+CFME in newest dev environment and was unable to reproduce this bug. Seems likely that the spinner.gif load error is produced by Katello (SATELLITE-6.2.0 branch). Katello has at least one similar past issue: http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/7012 Doing a search over in the Katello source repo (SATELLITE-6.2.0), I see what appears to be a misspelling of "katello" as "katell" within app/assets/stylesheets/katello/katello.scss "background: url("katell/icons/spinner.gif") no-repeat 50% 50%, linear-gradient(#ffffff, #e5e5e4);" Should be: "background: url("katello/icons/spinner.gif") no-repeat 50% 50%, linear-gradient(#ffffff, #e5e5e4);"
We believe this is/was an issue in Katello and not related to fusor specific code. Derek wasn't able to reproduce with his testing. Moving to back to ON_QA to test/close or reassign to Sat6 if still an issue.
Verified on QCI-1.1-RHEL-7-20161004.t.0.
