Description of problem:

The current max value to be set is 45. This value could be customizable in JON configuration.

Also, it would be a workaround for the issue reported in BZ[1].

    This increases the number of items per page on every gui/portal-war
    that uses the PageControlSettingsUIBean.


The user needs to write in rhq-server.properties the max number of items per page

rhq.server.gui.max-items-per-page=100

Verified on JON 3.3.8 ER02 build.
After adding rhq.server.gui.max-items-per-page=100 into rhq-server.properties, the amount of items in page is changed.
