Description Tasos Papaioannou 2016-08-18 13:49:13 UTC
Description of problem:

When creating a new deployment, on 4A. Content Provider enter the RHN credentials for an account that has more than ~15 Satellite subscription management applications. On 4B. Subscription Management Application, scroll down to select one that is toward the bottom of the list, then click Next. The 4C. Add Subscriptions tab is loaded with the browser still scrolled down, even if the list of subscriptions does not require scrolling. The page appears blank except for the Cancel/Back/Next buttons, which is confusing until you notice the scroll bar on the side and scroll back up. If you click Next without scrolling back up, the 4D. Review Subscriptions tab shows the same issue.

This appears to be an issue only the first time through these tabs. Going back to 4B, selecting a different SMA near the bottom of the list, then clicking Next, does not show this issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

QCI-1.0-RHEL-7-20160817.t.0

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

See above.

Actual results:

Next tab loads with unnecessary scroll bar, scrolled to the bottom so that no content is visible.

Expected results:

Tab content is visible, with scroll bar only if needed.

Comment 2 Erik Nelson 2016-08-23 15:05:20 UTC
https://github.com/fusor/fusor/pull/1179 should address this particular instance. We're looking into a better solution for 1.1 to handle this application-wide.

Comment 3 Tasos Papaioannou 2016-08-26 13:53:54 UTC
Verified on QCI-1.0-RHEL-7-20160824.t.1.
