Description Igor Gnatenko 2016-08-18 15:27:48 UTC
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=15296033&name=build.log

without setting LANG=en_US.UTF-8 sphinx-build fails. I don't think we have any non-ascii characters in docs. but even we have, it should not fail.

Comment 1 Igor Gnatenko 2016-08-18 15:28:07 UTC
reproducible only on rawhide at this moment.

Comment 2 Avram Lubkin 2016-08-18 15:46:23 UTC
Sounds like an upstream bug. Can you reproduce outside of koji so we can get the sphinx traceback?
