Description Colin Arnott 2016-08-18 22:06:25 UTC
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cfme-5.6.0.13

Document URL: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-cloudforms/4.1/single/managing-providers/#adding-azure-providers

Describe the issue:
Currently there is no description of what permissions CloudForms actually uses, only the suggestion that you set the Contributor role.

My security department requires restrictions on Azure access as described below. Can you provide more details about explicit Azure permissions required.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add required permissions for Azure to the docs and explain how to configure these permissions via the Azure portal.

Thank you for raising this bug.

We have evaluated this request, and while we recognize that it is a valid request for the documentation, we do not expect this to be implemented in the product in the foreseeable future. We are therefore closing this out as WONTFIX.

If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact Andrew Dahms.
