Description of problem:

Owner of /var/cache/httpd/mod_auth_cas/ is root, and should be apache.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

mod_auth_cas-1.1-1.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the package
2. Configure CAS and use it in a location, reload httpd
3. Access the location, authenticate

Actual results:

HTTP 500 when CAS redirect to the location after authentication.

In httpd logs:

MOD_AUTH_CAS: Cookie file '/var/cache/httpd/mod_auth_cas/xxx' could not be created: Permission denied

Expected results:

HTTP 200

Additional info:

Can be fixed by hand, but owner become root again with a package update.
