I am not 100% sure what needs documenting here and therefore, you may need to query the devs, SME and QE (GSS perhaps as well). Bi-directional QoS for managing ingress/egress traffic of SDN pods. Shipped in 3.2 but needs documentation and cmd line display bug fix (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1327410).
