4. Add channel 'rhel-x86_64-client-optional-7-beta-debuginfo'
# rhn-channel --add  --channel=rhel-x86_64-client-optional-7-beta-debuginfo --user=admin --password=nimda
# rhn-channel --list --user=admin --password=nimda
rhel-x86_64-client-7
rhel-x86_64-client-optional-7-beta-debuginfo
4. Install the package "libid3tag-debuginfo-0.15.1b-17.el7.x86_64"
