Describe the issue: 

In JON 3.3 Update 07, clicking on the help link 'Documentation Set' does not display anything in UI. There are no errors in server/agent logs.

version: 3.3.0.GA Update 07 Build Number : 1baec50:384f317

Steps:

- Login to JBoss ON 3.3 Update 07 CR01 build.
- Navigate to Help menu
- Click on the link Documentation-> 'Documentation Set'.

Actual Result:
- The help link 'Documentation Set' is not working

Expected Result:
- The help link 'Documentation Set' should work.

Update: JON UI links not affected negatively by publishing on the new system and most documentation now showing in the UI in JON versions 3.0 - 3.3, with the exceptions documented in bug 1482821.

The 'Documentation Set' help link is working as expected. Also verified other help links.
