Description of problem: After installing radius v3.0.4,following errors in our radius.log file

  3.0.10 has updates to the queries which work around this issue.

How reproducible: Everytime


Steps to Reproduce: Not sure, Just install freeradius on rhel 7.2 and the error appears after som etime in radius.log file

Actual results: Error in radius.log file


Expected results: No error should come for Error: rlm_sql_mysql: MySQL error 'Duplicate entry
'30a1ada7fbf7328ec740200d6042f02b' for key 'acctuniqueid''

This seems to be fixed by https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/commit/4cc1462780687a2cc0e949947e9f76830d97a063 and https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/commit/ed971982f35855fd54398b484e81e1d7b495c316 included into v3.0.9 release. However, testing is needed for confirmation.
