Description of problem:
Can't list all components when type Ctrl+Shift+A to component input box when editing a bug

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.3.rh4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a Bugzilla bug, try to change it's component by click the component select
2.Try to list all available components by type Ctrl+Shift+A to component
3.

Actual results:
It doesn't show any components 

Expected results:
It should list all available components

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh6)
Result: Pass
