Description of problem:
Create route with two services, check the traffic banners on overview page on Firefox. The banners are not aligned at the same height on overview page.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create route with  traffic split to two services
2.Check the traffic banners on overview page on Firefox.
3.

Actual results:
2.The banners are not aligned at the same height on overview page.


Expected results:
2.Should be aligned at the same height on overview page.

Tested on origin env, now the traffic banners are at the same height on overview page. The bug has been fixed.
