Description of problem:
While OpenStack Platform Director deploys or introspects overcloud node ,
the nodes pxe boot to get kernel & ramdisk but it take over 5mins to download these images that are togather less than 1.5GB .
The server uses Cisco UCS Virtual Interface Card 1385 .
This server is in spine leaf network architecture .

This issue is not seen while RHEL is running on the systems .

Actual results:
ramdisk & kernel takes long time to download .

Expected results:
ramdisk & kernel download should take less that 2-3 sec , once started .

Can you please tcpdump this connection from the pxe server so that we can get an idea what the traffic pattern looks like?
