Description of problem:
Beaker reserve workflow does not setup source yum repositories.

Expected results:
/etc/yum.repos.d/***-source.repo files that provide user with appropriate source RPM repository.  For example:

  http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/nightly/RHEL-7.3-20160815.n.0/compose/Server/source/tree

This would enable commands like "yum-downloader --source" and "yum-builddep" out of the box.
