Section '1.2 Requirements' in the Deployment Planning Guide should be re-structured into a section the looks like the following - 1.2 Requirements - Brief introduction. 1.2.1 Hardware Requirements - Hardware requirements for the appliance 1.2.2 Browser Requirements - Existing content on browser requirements
Hardware requirements - 4 VCPUs 8 GB RAM 44 GB HDD + optional database disk
Section "2.3. Database Sizing Assistant" should also probably be moved to this new section and renamed something along the lines of "Database Requirements".
Is the 8GB still a recommended min? I keep having to use 12GB because cf was just too slow with C&U turned on and keep entering into swap.
Assigning to Dayle for review. Dayle - we'll want to needinfo Loic for review of this after it gets in and seek confirmation of the values, just to make sure. We may also need to update the installation guides to match when this is done.
Yes, I am good with this, I am only thinking as it is coming only in virtual appliance, should we say "virtual Hardware requirement" to avoid confusion... some people may think this is ok for Physical requirement also...
