console button

Description of problem:
when clicked next to green image of console, nothing happens even if the cursor is a pointer

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.0.2.7-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Virtual Machines
2. click on running VM or run some and wait until console button is active
2. click next to image of the console (e.g. to the left border of the button), see attachment

Actual results: nothing happens


Expected results: remote viewer should start


tested in Firefox 47.0

in 4.2 the console button is turned into a normal button with an icon inside so this issue is not going to be reproduced anymore.
