Description of problem:
if tooltip on console button appears, it shows over the console dropdown menu and hides part of it


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.0.2.7-0.1.el7ev.noarch


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Virtual Machines
2. click on running VM or run some and wait until console button is active
3. go with mouse over the console button to the down arrow, if the tooltip appears click on the arrow, see attachment

Actual results: tooltip shows over console dropdown menu


Expected results: tooltip disapears if the dropdown menu is shown

ok, after a while fiddling around with positioning the mouse to the right place and clicking in the right time I finally succeeded to simulate it. 

I think it is a very small issue you will hit only if you will try to and even than the problem is only cosmetic because you can still open the console options.

Closing as wont fix, if you feel the issue is worth fixing please reopen with an explanation why you think so.
