Description of problem: 
To copy a large file from src host to guest during live migration , file transferring is terminated when migration finishes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start VM in src host(rhel7.3):

/usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -name win -cpu Westmere,check -m 2048 -realtime mlock=off -smp 4,sockets=2,cores=2,threads=1 -uuid 7bef3814-631a-48bb-bae8-2b1de75f7a13 -nodefaults -monitor stdio -rtc base=localtime,driftfix=slew  -drive file=/mnt/nfs/RHEL-Server-7.3-64-virtio-scsi.qcow2,if=none,id=drive-virtio-blk0,format=qcow2,werror=stop,rerror=stop,cache=none -device virtio-scsi-pci,id=virtio-blk0 -device scsi-disk,drive=drive-virtio-blk0,bootindex=0,scsi-id=0,lun=0 -device virtio-balloon-pci,id=balloon0,bus=pci.0,addr=0x8 -msg timestamp=on -spice port=5930,disable-ticketing -vga qxl -global qxl-vga.vram_size=33554432 -device qxl,id=video1,vram_size=67108864,bus=pci.0,addr=0x4 -netdev tap,id=hostnet0,vhost=on -device virtio-net-pci,netdev=hostnet0,id=net0,mac=3C:D9:2B:09:AB:44,bus=pci.0,addr=0x7


2. Start listening mode  in des host with "-incoming tcp:0:1234"

3. Copy a large file from host to guest in src host:
# scp $filename root@$src_guest_ip:/root/

4. Start live migration

Actual results:
The file transferring is terminated after the guest is migrated completely.


Expected results:
The file keeps transferring after migration finishes.

Additional info:
1.The file transferring is terminated:
"***.qcow2     42% 3389MB   0.0KB/s - stalled -Write failed: Broken pipe" in the file transferring terminal.
2.This issue exists on qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-6.el7.x86_64.
