Description of problem:

dnf-plugin-system-upgrade-0.7.1-2.fc24.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade 
2.run sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=25
3.the upgrade process failed as there is no f25 gpg keys in /etc/pki/rpm-gpg 

Actual results:


Expected results:


Additional info:
the upgrade process will succeed if you manually copy the f25 gpg keys to /etc/pki/rpm-gpg

This was fixed in a recent update. Make sure you have fedora-repos-24-3 installed.
