Red Hat Documentation for VM returns 404 - Page not found

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Virtual Machines
2. click on some VM
3. click on Red Hat Documentation on the right side (next to Events)


Actual results: 404 - Page not found


Expected results: documentation for VM is shown

Will be fixed in 4.1 (see duplicates).
