hammer should be able to cancel tasks based on filter same way it can resume tasks

Usage:
    hammer task [OPTIONS] SUBCOMMAND [ARG] ...

Parameters:

 [ARG] ...                     subcommand arguments

Subcommands:
 list                          List tasks
 progress                      Show the progress of the task
 resume                        Resume all tasks paused in error state

Options:
 -h, --help                    print help


Expected results:
Would be nice if hammer could also cancel some tasks based on "--search" option ouptut
