Description of problem: parent task do not show progress until all child tasks gets created/started Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): satellite-6.2.1-1.3.el7sat.noarch How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Schedule errata upgrade task via katello-agent on large number of systems (say 10k) 2. It takes multiple hours to parent task to start all 10k child tasks 3. Until all child tasks are not scheduled, parent task does not show any progress, even when lots of child tasks are already in stopped|success Actual results: No progress, even when lots of child tasks are already in stopped|success for multiple hours Expected results: There should be some progress displayed in parent task regularly

Version Tested: Satellite-6.3 Snap 11 Verified as part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1406489#c19 : with 1000 hosts runs, the parent task was being updated after each 100 triggered tasks.
