Description of problem:

python-imgcreate uses /usr/bin/mkisofs but doesn't explicitly require it, which leads to hard to diagnose failures. B/c the Python traceback masks the real reason.

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database.  Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

This is now fixed in livecd-tools-1:24.0-3.fc26.
