As per feedback received: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/9/paged/integrate-with-identity-service/chapter-1-active-directory-integration#comment-1089651

In the AD integration guide [1], section 1.6. (Configure Active Directory Domain Services) lists the steps that Windows admins must complete. However, these steps can be more clearly distinguished from the rest of the guide, acting as a standalone section that can be handed to another team.

* Explicitly state that these are all the required steps for Windows admins.
* Create a table that lists the requirements.
