Description of problem:
[RFE] Storage section pools section add storage tab should not have object storage and block storage 

- It should have types of Pools we want to add
- Block Storage should be removed from this section as it is already covered in RBDs section
- Object Storage should be renamed to type of pool we want to add 

1. Replicated 
2. Erasure Code
3. Rename Add Storage tab name to Add Pool
