Description of problem: Tried to install Fedora 24 on new hardware using a boot CD. The system booted succesfully with no errors. When the welcome to Fedora 24 gui screen appeared asking for the language to use a small window popped up with "An unknown error occurred" The CD media was used to sucessfully install on a different desktop. This message is a reminder that Fedora 24 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 2 (two) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 24.
