The documentation[1] refers "Red Hat Virtualization Manager 4.0 can be installed on the same machine used to run Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager 3.6, or on a different machine. If the Manager has a different IP address or FQDN after the upgrade, use ovirt-engine-rename to rename the Manager." That't not the case you can't install rhevm 3.6 on RHEL 7.2, it must be fixed! And RHEL 7.2, is needed for RHVM 4.0. [1] - https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/paged/upgrade-guide/32-upgrading-to-red-hat-virtualization-manager-40
