copying test from description

It looks like something will broke env when
rlFileBackup --namespace samba_bits
rlFileRestore
rlFileRestore --namespace samba_bits

are used.

I don't know anything else. For more details, please ask jscotka.

It does not look like problem of non-namespace and namespace rlFileRestore as in the test there's actually no rlFileBackup without namespace, that's why rlFileRestore complains about non-existance of backup but it cannot be source of the issue.
I've looked at the library, well.. it's not easy reading. But also I haven't noticed anything suspicious.

Have you tried to use test_inspector to see what changed?

We have agreed that there is insufficient data to proceed this bug. If you get more info in the future, feel free to update it and reopen it.
