I a know there is no possibility to install rhv4.0 hosts on RHEL7.0 and RHEL7.1

Confirmed with Yaniv Dary and removed 7.0 and 7.1 as supported versions for RHV 4.0. RHEL 7.3 will be added when it's released for GA.
