Doc Text:
Previously, the udev device manager applied permission changes only on add events. As a consequence, using the VDSM service to connect to storage pools failed. This update ensures that udev changes permissions on all appropriate events, which enables VDSM to connect to storage pools properly.

1. Try to connect storage pool in RHEV-M

Actual results:

Errors like one above in vdsm log file

Expected results:
VDSM connects storage pool without any problems

Additional info:
This is a regression caused by fix for #1354690

To get this fixed ASAP I propose to revert patches that went in as fix for bug 1354690.
