upstream kenrel v4.8-rc4 kdump log

Description of problem:
Kdump failed to start kdump vmcore save service in 2nd kernel when i test v4.8-rc4 kernel.

Test env:
# cat /proc/cmdline 
BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-4.8.0-rc4+ root=/dev/mapper/fedora_ibm--x3250m4--04-root ro rd.lvm.lv=fedora_ibm-x3250m4-04/root rd.lvm.lv=fedora_ibm-x3250m4-04/swap crashkernel=256M console=ttyS0,115200n81 LANG=en_US.UTF-8

# cat /sys/kernel/kexec_crash_size 
268435456

# kdumpctl restart
kexec: unloaded kdump kernel
Stopping kdump: [OK]

Rebuilding /boot/initramfs-4.8.0-rc4+kdump.img

No error occur, but save vmcore failed.
