The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem: After successful installation and boot into RHEL-7.3 beta in BIOS mode, /var/log/messages shows the following warning messages:
"gnome-session: (gnome-shell:7370): mutter-WARNING **: Failed to load background '/usr/share/backgrounds/gnome/adwaita-lock.jpg': Failed to open file '/usr/share/backgrounds/gnome/adwaita-lock.jpg': No such file or directory ".

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install RHEL 7.3 beta on x86_64
2.boot into OS and check for /var/log/messages
Actual results:
warning is seen
Expected results:
no such warning should be there
Additional info:
issue is seen in RHEL 7.3 SNAPSHORT -2 , workaround is that copying the adwaita-lock.jpg file to the respective path /usr/shrare/backgrounds/gnome removes the error message
Please let me know why is gnome folder with the respective file (adwaita-lock.jpg) is not created

gnome-backgrounds is included in the Workstation channel, but for some reason is not in the Server channel. In both cases it does not seem to be installed by default. This issue isn't a blocker, so I don't think it will get fixed by 7.3GA.
We'll keep the BZ open so that we can get it fixed.
I think the best solution is to add an override for that setting in: /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/10_org.gnome.desktop.background.default.gschema.override

gnome-background-3.14.1 package is present as server optional package but not installed by default.
so can this package be installed by default or we should go with the workaround .Please suggest.
For Dell factory installed systems, you could either include the package in your install, or drop the override file in place. Including the package in your install is the safest option.
