It would be useful for cloud providers to be able to offer SmartState Analysis information to customers without they themselves being able to access the data.  Some users of more secure environments may want to offer CloudForms to other "secure" tenants and these tenants may have a problem with the "provider" being able to see SmartState Analysis information.
