Description of problem:
Customer mentioned in bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1330328 that /proc is not mounted in mock chroot and building of tmpwatch always fails.


How reproducible:
Build tmpwatch using mock

Actual results:
Always fails.

Expected results:
Always pass.
