Description of problem:
In graphical installer (anaconda), moving of help window in date&time settings is lagged.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xorg-x11-drv-nouveau-1.0.11-4.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start anaconda graphical installer, e.g. when booting over network (PXE)
2.go to date&time settings
3.click on Help button at the top right (window will be opened)
4.move that window over the world map of date&time settings

Actual results:
Window move is lagged.

Expected results:
Window move should be smooth.

Cant reproduce with new Xorg in rhel7.4
