I just want to add that dialog is trying to install unoconv, which I think is also not available for s390x and ppc64 maybe because it has libreoffice as dependecy.
Since the 7.4 was rebased to Gnome 22 and Gnome-documents includes necessary parts of the libreoffice suite as a dependency I am moving to closed. Just note that there is a similar bug in 7.4 with similar reproducer but the issue affecting all architectures and there is no install request-> rhbz1466164
