*** Bug 1386684 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Raghavendra, I see the current content (https://github.com/heketi/heketi/wiki/Troubleshooting-Guide) a is WIP. Could you please add all the troubleshooting information by 26-Oct? Thanks, Divya
It is taking more time than expected to reproduce the scenarios that I have collected from previous bugs. It is essential to reproduce the scenarios to be able to give a valid solution as part of troubleshoot guide. I would need more time on this before I could hand it off to Doc team.
Raghavendra, I have edited the troubleshooting content and is available at:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Co8ROwNF9TjYNeafvZkeF9AcINOjVWnIyYkMpqOhjyI/edit#heading=h.z3897ittjg3i Please review and share your feedback on the google doc.
Divya, I have few comments on the doc, everything else looks good to me.
(In reply to Raghavendra Talur from comment #9) > Divya, > > I have few comments on the doc, everything else looks good to me. I have incorporated the comments suggested by you. I moved the content to the CNS guide. Troubleshooting chapter is available at: https://doc-stage.usersys.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-gluster-storage/3.1/single/container-native-storage-for-openshift-container-platform/#chap-Documentation-Red_Hat_Gluster_Storage_Container_Native_with_OpenShift_Platform-Troubleshooting Based on Comment 9, moving the bug ON_QA.
1) There is a change in minimum volume size with CNS 3.4. Following content has to be updated to reflect the new changes Creating volumes smaller than 4 GB fails with error If you create volumes smaller than 4GB, it fails with Requested volume size (3 GB) is smaller than the minimum supported volume size (4194304) error. This is due to the limits set in Heketi in /etc/heketi/heketi.json file. You must note that the minimum volume size is function of minimum brick size and hence differs for different durability type volumes. 2) Can we also add a note about curl http://deploy-heketi-storage-project.cloudapps.mystorage.com/hello & curl http://storage-project.cloudapps.mystorage.com/hello failing? Troubleshooting step would be to try and ping the ip directly Divya, please discuss with Raghavendra Talur to get more detail about these two comments.

You > must note that the minimum volume size is function of minimum brick size and > hence differs for different durability type volumes. This is right. We should do away with this note in troubleshoot guide. Please remove this bullet as it is no longer valid. > > 2) Can we also add a note about curl > http://deploy-heketi-storage-project.cloudapps.mystorage.com/hello & curl > http://storage-project.cloudapps.mystorage.com/hello failing? > > Troubleshooting step would be to try and ping the ip directly This makes sense. I have added this point as a separate bullet in google doc. Please pick it from there. > > Divya, please discuss with Raghavendra Talur to get more detail about these > two comments.

Could you please review and confirm if it is technically correct? Thanks! [1] https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Co8ROwNF9TjYNeafvZkeF9AcINOjVWnIyYkMpqOhjyI/edit#heading=h.b1r3z1cocc5f
Yes, it is technically correct.
Thanks Raghavendra! I have deleted information related to volumes smaller than 4 GB. Also, added information on cURL command.
