Description of problem:

Customer has 2 subs in account RHEL and OSP.  A system loaded only with RHEL and on a vmware hosts registers and auto-attaches and receives the OSP subscription.

How reproducible:

See above.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:

Current logic overweights the OSP unlimited guests to auto-attach the OSP subscription to a vmware guest.


Expected results:

Auto-attach should use the fact info to recognize the system as a virtual guest on a vmware host.  Assigning an OSP RHEL subscription to a vmware guest does not make sense.
