Log of AMQ patching

If I install a patch using:

patch:add file:<pathToFile>
patch:install <patchName>

Then after karaf restarts if I run:

patch:list

it still shows 'uninstalled'

JBossA-MQ:karaf@root> patch:list
[name]                      [installed] [description]
jboss-a-mq-6.2.1.redhat-117 false
