Description Andrew Dahms 2016-08-31 02:45:25 UTC
At current, the General Configuration has a two-paragraph description of how to provide feedback on the documentation. This should be simplified into a single, succinct paragraph that is added as the second paragraph to the abstract section of all titles in the documentation suite.

Assigning to Dayle for review.

Comment 2 Dayle Parker 2016-09-05 06:37:24 UTC
After review by Suyog and Lucy, we agreed on this as the new text:

If you have a suggestion for improving this guide or have found an error, please submit a Bugzilla report at http://bugzilla.redhat.com against Red Hat CloudForms Management Engine for the Documentation component. Please provide specific details, such as the section number, guide name, and CloudForms version so we can easily locate the content.

I've added this to all the 4.1 and 4.0 docs, and where there was already instructions on submitting docs feedback, removed it (Release Notes and Deployment Planning Guide).

Comment 5 Dayle Parker 2016-09-12 01:05:44 UTC
All of the CloudForms 4.1 and 4.0 guides have now been republished to the customer portal containing this updated paragraph on providing feedback.
