With the current ISO installation method, once RHV is up and running, and users try to access the OSE or CFME virtual machine (RHV Admin Portal-> select a virtual machine-> console), a console.vv file is downloaded, but user cannot open it with an appropriate application. The QCI machine is not registered to subscription manager by default so users cannot install the virt-viewer package without subscribing the QCI machine first. Additional info: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/virtual-machine-management-guide#sect-Installing_Console_Components
If user chooses to register QCI during fusor-installer stage, running 'yum install virt-viewer' solves the problem.
