Description of problem:
While deploying OSP, step 2B Register Nodes, the 'i' icons don't work. They don't display information about fields on mouse hover nor on mouse click.

How reproducible:
All of the 'i' icons are broken; happened to me once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start OSP deployment, go to step 2B
2. Click on Register Nodes button
3. In the dialog, none of the 'i' icons work

Actual results:
The 'i' icons don't display information

Expected results:
The 'i' icons should display information about fields

Unable to reproduce this issue with the latest ISO using both firefox and chrome on 3 different installs.  Please re-test.
